Gray and Brown coat with a white underbelly that goes up to his face. Green eyes and a little on the chunkier side. Weighs about 17-19 lbs and is super friendly. Answers to Gilligan or Gilly. Got out of the front door the other day and should be around the Pleasant Valley Rd/Otts Chapel Rd + Chestnut Hill Rd areas of Newark/Elkton. Possibly in the Oak Tree Apartment complex or Sandy Brae Townhomes.
