Field Service Hours 
DAS operates 7 days week. Winter hours are 9:00 am - 7:00 PM weekdays, and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. weekends

Emergency Field Service 
Due to staffing limitations, on-call officers will respond after hours to emergencies only.  Emergencies are considered to be an immediate threat to the public or to the animal, such as an animal hit by a car or an aggressive dog at large. Non-emergency calls, such as lost pets or stray animals, will be returned the next day.  Residents should call 911 for true emergencies requiring immediate response.
